MANAGEM Group's Purchases and Logistics Division deals with the purchasing, supply and logistics of the products and services necessary for its activity, on behalf of its mining subsidiaries in Morocco and abroad. Its essential role is to optimize acquisition costs and supply times and help operational sites in choosing the best logistic solutions. The logistics unit ensures that we have a consistent strategy for managing flows of material and transport, both for products purchased and those we are selling. It achieves this by efficient management of our logistic infrastructures and the use of transport and chartering contracts. In order to ensure secure supplies for its mining sites, the Division bases its relations with suppliers on partnership and professionalism.
