Three main principles have been defined to achieve these aims:
  • Focus on the customer our focus: listening to our customers, both external and internal,
  • Ongoing, lasting improvement in the quality of our products and services: the momentum of constantly improving our processes will help us maintain the highest level of quality for our products and services in accordance with our customers' requirements.
  • Quality as a tool for capitalizing our know-how: the quality approach should serve as a basis for capitalizing our know-how and expertise.
Achievements & prospects
 

SAMINE and the REMINEX Research Center were the first subsidiaries to be certified and accredited, respectively, back in 1996.

In 2001, MANAGEM headquarters, REMINEX Engineering, NORA TRA , TECHSUB and SAMINE were given ISO 9001 version 2000 certification.

Quality management efforts were rewarded in 2002 by the certification of CMG, REMINEX exploration, REMINEX Research Center and CTT Guemassa.

In 2005, CTT BOU AZZER received ISO 9001 Version 2000 certification.

Preparation for ISO 9001 version 2000 certification will be extended to the other subsidiaries not yet certified.
